Classica Works is a UK-based manufacturer and retailer of premium cast stone garden statues, busts and ornaments. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products.

2. Products
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions and photographs are accurate. As our products are handcrafted from cast stone, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and appearance are normal and form part of the product’s character.
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, payment issues or stock shortages.
5. Payments
Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.
We accept secure online payments through our approved payment providers.
6. Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must ensure that delivery access is suitable for large and heavy items.
7. Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your order in accordance with your statutory rights.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item unused and in its original condition.
Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of both the product and its packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Where appropriate, we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with your legal rights.
9. Product Characteristics
Cast stone products may naturally contain small air holes, colour variations, surface marks or minor texture differences. These are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product except where required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, logos, text and product descriptions, remains the property of Classica Works and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Warranty
All of our cast stone statues and garden ornaments are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
This warranty does not cover:
● Accidental damage.
● Damage caused by misuse, improper installation or neglect.
● Damage caused by frost due to improper care or water retention.
● Natural weathering, colour changes or ageing.
● Minor surface imperfections, air holes, colour variation and other characteristics typical of cast stone products.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the product.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
